3. Scheduling & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are subject to confirmation.

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

We reserve the right to reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.
